These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the DataAstra website and platform operated by Cognitive Tech Labs LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us”). By accessing or using DataAstra, you agree to these Terms.

You agree to:

• Use DataAstra only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
• Not interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure
• Not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
• Provide accurate information when creating an account or requesting a demo

DataAstra is a storage-agnostic platform. Your data remains in your own infrastructure (your warehouse, lake, or database). We do not copy, move, or store your underlying data. We store metadata (catalog entries, lineage graphs, pipeline definitions, quality results) necessary to operate the service.

You retain all rights to your data.

DataAstra, DMOS, the DataAstra logo, and all related names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Cognitive Tech Labs LLC. The service, including all software, documentation, and content, is owned by Cognitive Tech Labs LLC and protected by intellectual property laws.

Sandbox environments are provided for evaluation purposes. They may be subject to usage limits and may be terminated at our discretion. Sandbox data may be deleted after the evaluation period.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cognitive Tech Labs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of DataAstra after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
