• Information about your data stack and use cases when you fill out forms
• Communications you send to us (email, support requests)

We automatically collect:

• Basic analytics data via Plausible Analytics (privacy-first, no cookies, no personal data)
• Server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited)

• To respond to demo requests and provide the service you signed up for
• To communicate with you about DataAstra (product updates, security notices)
• To improve our website and product
• To comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your data to train AI models.

Your data is stored in secured infrastructure. We use encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access to personal data is restricted to team members who need it to provide you with service.

We use a limited number of third-party services:

• Vercel — website hosting
• AWS — infrastructure hosting for the platform
